Beginning on Monday, June 3, 2024, all existing and new users of DOB NOW will require an NYC.ID account to log into DOB NOW: Build, Safety, BIS Options and Licensing.
The system will be available on Sunday,
June 2, 2024 starting at 1 p.m. for users to create an NYC.ID account and use an NYC.ID to log into DOB NOW.
**To continue to have access to all your filings in DOB NOW, it is critical that you use the same email address associated with your filings in DOB NOW to create your NYC.ID.**
If you need help logging into DOB NOW, attend virtual office hours during any of the above dates/times. You do not need to sign-up in advance. Once you register for a time slot, you will immediately get a link by email to join a Teams meeting.
In-person
support will also be available at all DOB borough offices June 3 and June 5-7 from 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. On Tuesday, June 4, in-person support will be available from 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
